The Climb to Delicate Arch!

So while Jared and Derick went golfing, My-Linh and I decided to go to the Arches National Park. The kids did so good or I should say that we all did so good. We hiked out to delicate arch, I didn't realize that it was a 3 mile hike round trip or I probably would have thought twice about taking the kids out to see it. But they actually did so good! It was well worth it, they didn't complain much and it was really fun. The picture on the top right is from the parking lot. Then the bottom left is about half way between the parking lot and the big uphill rock climb. The one on the bottom right is going up the big rock part.

We took plenty of water and did many stops. All round it took us about 2 hours to see the one arch, but it was well worth it. The kids said they had so much fun and was ready for the long car ride home. Always remember if you are going to be in the car for a while it is well worth every minute to get the kids worn out before traveling! We also went to the double arch but then had to get going home.
